Custom Golf Ball Sleeves makes golf ball packaging to order — printed three-ball sleeves, rigid presentation boxes, made-up tournament gift packs, kraft and recycled sleeves, window and display packs, and belly bands for sleeves somebody else printed.
A logo ball is a strange product to package. The contents are three spheres of a fixed diameter that will not compress, will not stack and will roll out of anything cut a fraction too generously.
So the specification that matters is fit. A millimetre of extra width and the balls move in transit, which sounds cheap in the hand and can mark the printed inside face. A millimetre under and the sleeve will not load on an automatic line at all — a fact usually discovered on the morning the run is being packed.
We cut to a measured ball rather than a nominal diameter, and we check the first sleeve off the die against real balls before the run continues. It is not a complicated discipline. It is just one almost nobody applies to a small tuck box.
Why we exist
Golf ball packaging is bought as an afterthought and judged in the hand at the first tee, which is a poor combination. The sleeve is the only part of a logo-ball order the recipient actually holds before the ball is lost.
We treat it as a packaging job rather than a print job: board weight, fit tolerance, seam position, and whether the whole thing can still go in a paper recycling bin afterwards.
What we actually make
Printed three-ball sleeves in folding boxboard, litho printed and cut to your ball. Rigid two-piece presentation boxes for a dozen, wrapped and foiled, with foam or moulded pulp inserts. Made-up tournament gift packs — sleeve, tees and a marker — assembled and bagged so nobody spends the night before an event at a kitchen table. Uncoated kraft and recycled sleeves with no laminate, for buyers whose recycling claim has to survive being checked. Window and display packs with the counter unit to match. And belly bands and wrap labels, which brand a sleeve you did not print for a fraction of the cost.
We do not sell golf balls, deliberately — it means we will package whatever ball your members actually want to play.
How we price
No dollar figures on this site. Price moves with board, size, finish, quantity and whether the pack is made up for you. Send the details and a real quote comes back the same day, with a lowest-price guarantee if you are already holding a cheaper one.
On dates
An event gift pack that arrives on the morning of the event has failed. We schedule delivery to land ahead of the date rather than on it, and we will say plainly when a timescale is too tight rather than taking the order and hoping.
